With CentOS 5.9, connection tracking has been completely removed from the distribution. This reverts ip6tables into a NON-STATEFUL firewall.

Connection tracking has always been troublesome in RHEL 6.x so this adds to the list. We do not recommend usage of IPv6 with RHEL (and variants) release 5.x

husk will continue to be supported under RHEL 5.x but for IPv4 only.
